Method of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard directly over the phone. We also accept payment through Paypal and via check with a ten day waiting period.
Our shipping prices are directly related to weight and destination. Once you place an order/quote, we will gladly give you an accurate shipping rate. Our trucking company gives us an excellent discount because of the large amount of shipping that we do. For smaller orders, We employ a shipping broker that shops for best price between UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and Purolator, guaranteeing you best shipping price. All of our turnings will arrive well-packaged or well-crated and fully insured with tracking information to point of pickup.
Simmonds Woodturning is committed to your satisfaction, therefore we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not happy with any product simply return the untouched pieces, shipping prepaid, within 30 days (with exception to custom orders) and we will either refund or exchange it. Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable.
Custom orders are not subject to cancelation once in production, and are not refundable.
We do not share, sell, trade or otherwise compromise any of your personally identifiable information with any outside organization.
Simmonds woodturning shall not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly out of the sale of merchandise, beyond the value paid for such merchandise.
